Sir, 

I have the honour to state that I am second year student of your college. My father who is a government employee has recently been transferred from Bogura to Jhenidah. Our family has already shifted there. But I would like to continue my studies here in your college. My parents also want that I should stay here. 

But now I am facing an accommodation problem. except the college hostel I find no other suitable place of me. In this respect I should be frank to tell you that I am a studious student and my results are always bright. 

I, therefore, appeal to you to allot me a seat in the college hostel so that I can continue my studies in your renowned college.
