Unemployment means want of any kind of productive work. Both educated and uneducated persons face the problem. There is a little scope of earning their livelihood.
As a result, unemployment problem face become acute in our country. The unemployment are a burden for a country. Bangladesh is a small country with large population. It is so tough to create employment for her population. So the country is going on a great threat of unemployment.
There are many causes of unemployment problem in our country. Rapid growth of population, backwardness in industrialization, lack of capital and technology, lack of skill, lack of education, false sense for dignity disliking for manual about inequitable distribution of national wealth, political turmoil of the country, frequent visit of natural disasters like floods, cyclones, droughts etc. are the causes of unemployment problem.
Unemployment is a curse. It makes a man inactive. An idle brain is the workshop of a devil. It creates frustration among the unemployed. As a result they are addicted to drugs. They are indulged in anti social activates. As a result the pace and property are destroyed . They lose their interest to take education.
We all should come forward to solving this acute problem. A large number of mills, factories and firms should be set up throughout the country so that the unemployed can work there. Vocational training should be introduced and students should have some training in it. Our students and youths should be made to give up their mania. for jobs. They should be encouraged to respect manual labour and choose an independent career. Steps should be made to increase our national income to the maximum and distribute it properly.
The government should be honest and sincere in their plans and policies. Above all, the growth of population should be kept within reasonable limit.
Unemployment is a cures for a country. It impedes the development of a nation. No nation can economically and socially be development if the unemployment problem is acute. So it should be removed as soon as possible. The government can’t solve this problem alone. we all should come forward to working in hand and help the government.
